At Precision Detailing London, we take pride in delivering the highest quality vehicle protection services, including Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Paint Correction. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a warranty on our services subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty
We provide a manufacturer-backed warranty on all PPF installations, covering:
✔ Peeling, Yellowing & Bubbling – Protection against material defects.
✔ Cracking & Delamination – Ensures the film remains intact.
✔ Stain Resistance – Protection from environmental contaminants.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, misuse, or aftermarket modifications.
2. Ceramic Coating Warranty
Our professional ceramic coatings come with a warranty against:
✔ Peeling or Premature Degradation – Ensures coating durability.
✔ Chemical & UV Resistance – Prevents fading and oxidation.
✔ Hydrophobic Performance – Maintains self-cleaning properties.
To maintain warranty validity, customers must follow our recommended aftercare guidelines and use only approved cleaning products.
3. Warranty Limitations & Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
Damage from stone chips, deep scratches, impact damage, or accidents.
Failure due to improper maintenance, harsh chemicals, or automated car washes.
Natural wear and tear or extreme environmental conditions.
4. Claims & Maintenance Requirements
To ensure warranty validity:
✔ The vehicle must be inspected annually at our facility.
✔ The customer must provide proof of regular maintenance and proper care.
✔ Warranty claims must be reported within 7 days of noticing an issue.
5. Transferability & Duration
PPF warranties vary depending on the brand used and are non-transferable.
Ceramic coatings are covered for their specified duration if maintained correctly.
Warranties are valid only for the original customer and cannot be transferred to a new owner.
6. Making a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact us with your service invoice, photos of the issue, and details of the problem. All warranty claims are subject to inspection at our facility.
